We mostly cater to buyers with needs for special financing. We found that most Realtors won't work with Buyers who're not able to immediately qualify and obtain the loan.

It's not surprising considering that a real estate commission is the source of compensation for 99.9% of the real estate agents. Therefore, if a Buyer can't produce a loan in 30 days - there's no chance that seller will get his money and a real estate agent will get paid.

When a Realtor discovers that about you - they lose interest in working with you.

That leaves you, the Buyer, in a hard place --- if you are one of the large group of potential home buyers who can't pass lenders' rigid qualifying guidelines.

If You Work With Our Company - It's Different

We're flexible in ways we can get compensated for our work.

What it means to you is - it's OK if you can't immediately get a loan. We can get you approved for our special financing and moving in a nice home in a matter of days, even if you were declined for a loan before.

Then we'll work with you on getting your credit reestablished and eventually getting you qualified for a loan on your own. You'll have plenty of time to work on your credit.
